Hello and welcome, dragonflies! I’m Joi, your spiritual, shadow work, and wellness coach.
Everyone has their stories and lessons learned, but some lessons are harder to integrate than others. My goal is to not only help you integrate those lessons, but find balance and alignment that works specifically for you. Sure, TikTok and Instagram reels are inspiring, but how do you put those thing into action? Do they even suit you or do they simply sound good?
Leading with compassion and kindness, I am here to guide you to understanding and accepting your whole self. Whether you want to fully understand yourself via yoga, chakra alignment, or shadow work…I got you.
Who Is Coaching For?
Coaching, is an option for everyone! This is not in lieu of therapy, but can walk alongside it; however, you do not have to go through therapy to do shadow work, either. Not everyone feels as though they would benefit from traditional therapy and are on their own journey so shadow work is a great alternative. To put it plainly, if you are seeking growth and trying to better yourself, then shadow work is for you.
We all need some help sometimes! It’s no different than hiring an assistant, a web developer, or an accountant. We all specialize in an area and this is my specialty. I can see your blind spots, your strengths, and your growth clearly. If you are here right now asking if you need this, why not try?
